The role of the Fund Administrator is a vital component in the day-to-day operations of a mutual fund. - Prepare and file prospectus and statement of additional information (SAI)
- Coordinate board meetings and assist with preparation of materials and minutes
- Prepare and files N-SAR, N-CSR, 24f-2 Notice, NP-X, NQ, N-Port via the EDGAR system
- Coordinate preparation of financial statements, SEC filings and mailings to investors
- Prepare and monitor fund budgets and expense
- Manage fund invoice approval and bill payments
- Assist with Liquidy Risk Management Programs
- Provide post-trade SEC and IRA compliance monitoring
- Reports data to statistical services such as Morningstar and Lipper
- Prepare SEC yield and total return calculations
- Provide Blue Sky services
- Host and provide support for SEC, FINRA, and financial audits
- Coordinate tax filings
- Consult with the Investment Adviser, Chief Compliance Officer and Board of Directors on compliance and operational matters
